How do I receive updates?

Upon purchasing a product, you'll always have full access to updates. Simply log in to the platform where you made the purchase to receive the latest updates.

How do I request a refund if I'm not satisfied with the product?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase and wish to request a refund, you have 7 days to do so if you bought the product through 80.design. Please provide us with all the necessary purchase information, and refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request.

For purchases made through UI8, Creative Market, or similar platforms, please contact the respective support teams of those sites.

I encountered an issue with one of the products. How can I get assistance?

When will I get my order?

Your order will ship within 7 business days. You’ll get an e-mail with the tracking info to follow it along the way.

Shipping timelines will vary based on location, but you can expect your order to arrive 2-10 days after shipment.

Edit or cancel my order

You are unable to edit your order once placed, but if you would like to cancel it, please connect with in@80.design.


Once you’ve made a purchase, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number. 

Once your order is placed, it’ll ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM(EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM(EST). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days.


We currently do not accept returns and are unable to edit your order once placed. If you would like to cancel your order and replace it with a new one before it has shipped, please connect with in@80.design
