At 80.design, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.
1. Reporting an Issue
If you have any problems with your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to in@80.design within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Include Details: Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach a photo showing the problem.
2. No Physical Returns Required
We believe in hassle-free returns. To save you time and effort, we do not require physical returns of the products. Once we receive your email with the necessary details and photo, we will review your case.
3. Resolution Options
After reviewing the submitted photo and details, we will take one of the following actions:
- Replacement: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refund: If a replacement is not suitable or the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Processing Time
Our team aims to address and resolve all issues promptly. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to review your request and respond with a resolution.
5. Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate all issues, certain situations are not covered under our return and refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Issues reported more than 15 days after delivery.
- Digital Products
- Normal wear and tear.
- Minor cosmetic damage or imperfections that do not affect the product's functionality.
