Please review the following information regarding the shipping of digital and physical products meaning products:

 

Digital Products:

  • Delivery Method: Digital products, including but not limited to e-books, printable art, and digital files, are delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing download instructions or access to your digital files.

  • Delivery Time: Digital products are typically delivered instantly upon completion of your purchase. However, please allow up to 30 minutes for the delivery email to reach your inbox. If you encounter any issues with accessing your digital files, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at in@80.design.

 

Physical Products:

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Europe, Canada, and the USA. More countries will be available soon.

When will I get my order?

Your order will ship within 7 business days. You’ll get an e-mail with the tracking info to follow it along the way.

Shipping timelines will vary based on location, but you can expect your order to arrive 2-10 days after shipment

Shipping

Once you’ve made a purchase, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number. 

Once your order is placed, it’ll ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM(EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM(EST). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days.

Edit or cancel my order

Orders can’t be modified after they’re placed, but if you need to cancel, just drop us a message at in@80.design or mysoftds@gmail.com.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns and are unable to edit your order once placed. If you would like to cancel your order and replace it with a new one before it has shipped, please connect with in@80.design
